Server requirements for the application of UCS Thin Client Services

Thin Client Services are suitable for accessing the following server infrastructures amongst others:

• Microsoft Windows terminal servers (2000, 2003, 2008)
• Citrix Presentation servers / Citrix XenApp, Citrix XenDesktop (ICA)
• Linux and Unix servers (supported protocols: X11, XDMCP, NX, VNC)
• VMware desktop virtualisation (VMware View)

Supported thin client hardware:

• Thin clients: HP, Igel Technology, Fujitsu Technology Solutions, Lex Computech
• PCs: all PCs supported by the respective Linux kernel
