In order to satisfy your requirements and demands on a future-proof and reliable IT infrastructure, we offer you, among others, the following service together with our partners:

  • Support: All Univention projects include support, whereby there is the possibility of choosing between different options and service level definitions in accordance with your exact needs.
  • Project support: Together with our partners we offer comprehensive consulting and support services in the field of our products. These services range from planning and design as well as the performance of migrations to software adaptations and integrations right up to turnkey solutions including operation.
  • Technical Account Management (TAM): with TAM we offer fixed technical contact partners for all questions concerning the use of Univention products.
  • Training sessions and workshops: In addition to UCS basic training sessions for administrators and numerous training sessions offering advanced knowledge on special topics for technicians and UCS administrators, we also offer personalised in-house training sessions for partners and end customers.
  • Qualifications: UCS professionals have the possibility to test their knowledge, prove it and become certified as an Univention Certified Professional (UVCP). On the occasion of Open Source events, the Linux Professional Institute (LPI) regularly offers the possibility to sit the exam and award the certificate.
