Univention Corporate Server (UCS)

The price of UCS depends on the number of deployed server systems and components. The server prices apply for physical UCS systems. In addition, any number of virtualized systems can be operated on them. Beside UCS systems with installation support, UCS systems can also be purchased with standard or premium support.

The purchase price of Univention Corporate Server (UCS) includes all the functions and management tools required for the administration of the system. In addition, the UCS system can also be used as a virtualization server and enables the operation and user management, e.g., for third-party software. Furthermore, the UCS Active Directory Connector in read-only mode is included for mounting the UCS system in an existing infrastructure.

UCS Managed Services for endpoint devices

The UCS Managed Services for endpoint devices include the functions for the operation and management of domains via UCS. They provide authentication and authorisation services for end devices, DNS and DHCP services, UCS file services (IPP, LPR, CIFS), proxy services and the Active Directory connector in read-write mode. As an alternative to the client-based calculation base, the number of users can also be selected as the base for calculation.

As displayed in the table above, the price for Univention Corporate Client (UCC) already includes the price for UCS Managed Services for endpoint devices.
