- Support: All Univention projects include support, whereby there is the possibility of choosing between different options and service level definitions in accordance with your exact needs.
- Project support: Together with our partners we offer comprehensive consulting and support services in the field of our products. These services range from planning and design as well as the performance of migrations to software adaptations and integrations right up to “turnkey solutions” including operation.
- Technical account management (TAM): with TAM we offer fixed technical contact partners for all questions concerning the use of Univention products.
- Training sessions and workshops: In addition to UCS basic training sessions for administrators and numerous training sessions offering advanced knowledge on special topics for technicians and UCS administrators, we also offer personalised in-house training sessions for partners and end customers.
